Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy on damaged and defective items only, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, contact us at sales@damascenepress.org. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
